This means the system must be free from malware, infections, software incompatibilities caused by other 'protection systems' uninstalling cleanly etc.
if we need to do a remote support login to your computer to fix an issue, this will be a $30.00 support fee - we will arrange a time for you and the technician to do the remote support call - during which time you will need to be with your computer. Please note, that not all infections can be fixed remotely - and it may be necessary to install extra tools onto your computer in order to begin cleaning up your computer. If we can not clean your computer, we will NOT charge you.
